On October 21-23 2024, Awardco is hosting its yearly Summit—and this year, we’re pulling out all the stops. We’ve enhanced everything about 2024’s RCGNZ Summit, from the venue to the agenda, to truly create a once-in-a-lifetime experience for attendees.

The Agenda

October 21st: Opening Reception

  • RCGNZ Summit kicks off with the Opening Reception. This gives attendees a chance to meet one another and interact with industry leaders in a relaxed setting while enjoying drinks, appetizers, and the beautiful scenery.

October 22nd: Keynotes, client panels, product updates, breakouts, and evening activities

  • Participate in a morning and afternoon full of inspiring speakers from multiple industry leaders, client & partner panels, Awardco product insights and updates, and thought leader breakout sessions. Also look forward to a continental breakfast and buffet lunch, with plenty of time to network with fellow attendees.
  • That evening, enjoy a few hours of free time to explore surrounding Park City or attend optional networking activities.
  • Finally, look forward to a high-class dinner and engaging social activity to round the night off. 

October 23rd: Breakouts, client panels, closing remarks

  • RCGNZ Summit ends with more breakout sessions, another panel discussion, and a final keynote to wrap the event up. 

RCGNZ Summit is built around exploring the transformative power of rewards and recognition in every industry and organization. Throughout two full days of activities, attendees will interact with industry experts, thought leaders, and like-minded HR professionals through workshops, networking, breakouts, client panels, and more. Discuss challenges, opportunities, and current/future trends in the HR industry.

The Keynotes

Our keynote speakers are all thought leaders and industry experts in the fields of rewards and recognition, professional development, mental health, and HR. These sessions are specifically designed to inspire and equip you with actionable strategies to elevate your organizational practices.

The Panels

Client and partner panels will discuss real-world applications of recognition programs and provide tangible impacts and benefits they’ve seen. These are great opportunities to see the impact of rewards and recognition on the employee experience in action.

The Breakouts

Enjoy breakout sessions led by thought leaders tailored around hot topics in the HR industry, such as professional development, strategic recognition, and achieving maximum impact with total rewards.

Awardco will provide information on exciting enhancements and upcoming releases for our recognition platform. Our product team will showcase new features to help streamline your processes and maximize the effectiveness of your rewards programs.

The Venue

The award-winning Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah.

Set in an elegant resort surrounded by the majestic mountain views of Park City, RCGNZ Summit not only provides networking, workshopping, panels, activities, and discussion—it provides all that and more alongside beautiful views, luxurious food, and unique local activities.
