Powered by Awardco Connect, this integration allows clients to automate recognition and rewards based on Zendesk performance metrics. Clients can set standards that trigger rewards when Zendesk tickets are marked solved based on additional tags, fields, or satisfaction ratings.‌

Awardco Connect is a service we offer that allows clients to connect Awardco with other platforms and systems they're already using. This integration allows clients to automate recognitions, rewards, and other aspects of the platform in their existing processes.

  • Automated Recognition and Rewards: The integration automates the recognition and rewards process based on Zendesk performance metrics.‌
  • Customizable: The integration can factor various pieces of a ticket into calculating the reward for the assigned employee: satisfaction, status, time taken, etc.‌
  • Flexible: If you don't want a 1:1 ticket to point ratio, the integration can track any leftover tickets from day to day that may have hit the rewardable criteria, but didn't accumulate enough points for an immediate reward.‌
