Over 85% of the workforce at Lineage Logistics’ Sunnyvale location is frontline or warehouse employees who aren’t regularly in front of a computer. However, that didn’t stop Lineage Logistics’ leadership from implementing a digital recognition platform through Awardco that reached, and continues to reach, everyone.
Right after implementation, they held a raffle to kick things off. Users who logged in and activated their accounts were entered for a chance to win prizes. Managers at Sunnyvale also used their monthly lunch-and-learns to focus on Awardco logins and strategies, providing one-on-one assistance where needed.
Lineage Logistics also rolled their existing recognition programs into Awardco, such as the Safety Bingo program, birthday celebrations, and service awards, ensuring employees had a seamless, consistent experience. And to top things off, they incorporated Awardco into their onboarding process so that every employee, both old and new, knows how to recognize.
